I am located at Mackie Physiotherapy Evergreen Clinic (be aware there are 2 Mackie Physiotherapy Clinics - please make sure to choose the Evergreen location if using maps app): #40 - 211 Evergreen Square, right beside Evergreen Medical Clinic.

When you arrive, let reception know you are there to see Eileen, and I will meet you in the waiting area. There is plenty of free parking directly in front and back of the building.

If your session is booked on a holiday, the clinic doors will be locked. Please text (306) 229-5344 when you arrive, and I will come open the door for you.

Counselling for Youth (14-17yrs): guardian/parent consent is required for all youth under 18, including signatures of all parents if separated/divorced/have a custody arrangement. A parent/guardian intake session is required before a youth session.
